In an office far, far away, an idea was formed. It was a hope, a dream, a business.
Well, it wasn’t (really) that far away and it wasn’t just a hope, but in 2001 People Prospect Solutions was born. So, 16 years on and we’re one of the leading recruitment-to-recruitment agencies on the South Coast.
Louise is the Managing Director of People Prospect Solutions. Back in 2001 she was inspired by the lack of rec2rec consultancies in Hampshire and the surrounding area. She decided to take a stand and change the market forever.
At that time, rec2rec was still very niche. Companies in Hampshire and Dorset were struggling to find good mid-level recruitment talent. They relied on city-based agencies that just didn’t have the networks to support them.
Using this knowledge we aim to support businesses by providing entry level and exceptionally skilled, dedicated recruitment professionals for a variety of positions. These range from trainee to mid level recruitment placement, all the way to senior level positions.
Jump forward ten years to 2010 and Rebecca Bowring-Kingman became a part of People Prospect Solutions. Rebecca had been a candidate, a client and a business confidant for many years, and this was naturally the next step she needed to move into business ownership.
Taking a proactive approach is one of our key selling points; we always place the best candidates the market has to offer. From graduate trainees to senior level management, we’ve worked with them all.
To date, 100% of candidates surveyed said that they would highly recommend finding a new position with us to their friends and colleagues.
