My client offers organisations a new way of working. They have been very fortunate in the fact that they haven’t had to do a huge amount of outbound BD in the past 6 months and they tend to pick up multiple vacancies at a time from each client. 
The successful person would be given live jobs from day 1 to work on and would be assigned their own accounts there will be occasions where a volume order comes in, that roles will be split to ensure there is best delivery possible.
In terms of personality type – My client likes people that are competitive, honest, and don’t take themselves too seriously 🙂
Commission is banded and uncapped.
