Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality
£20-28,000 plus OTE
Brand new client, fantastic opportunity to join a well established, boutique business who have a very specialist niche within the HOTEL sector.
My client seeks an additional recruiter who could come with current hospitality recruitment experience, or currently work in the hotel industry and be interested in a career in recruitment.
Working alongside 3 other seasoned recruiters, you can expect to be working on live job roles from day one and be fully trained and billing by month 6.
Our client has a fantastic reputation in their field and is well known for their high levels of service and integrity. With a super UK knowledge of the HOTEL industry, you will be looking to place mid to senior level candidates across a number of different hotels, both independent and part of a large chain.
In order to be considered, alongside your current position and experience, you must be able to demonstrate, energy, have a positive, CAN DO attitude, be passionate about building relationships with both your clients and candidate pool. This person is required to be focused on long term relationships and not be an aggressive sales person, that wouldn’t suit this sector. However, this desk is hard work and requires someone to be dedicated to the job, Monday to Friday. If you come from the hospitality industry then already you can be guaranteed your weekends back and no longer required to work 12 hour shifts!!
All roles filled are permanent and all candidates placed are white collar, professional services. Our client has a super database that links very well to the day to day job of matching clients and candidates.
