10 years ago a London based recruitment director decided to give up the big smoke and move to the seaside. Now he runs a highly successful recruitment agency employing over 20 staff and with a number of divisions all focused around the technology market sector. It’s a success story and we are looking for trainee recruiters to join him on his continued journey to all things great!

The role:

  • You will act as the vital link between clients and candidate
  • Using your sales and marketing techniques to network with and attract new business from clients across the EMEA region
  • Attending tradeshows and visiting client’s offices to build relationships with hiring managers
  • Developing an understanding of your clients, their industry and their culture and environment in order to sell the brand to the market
  • Using a variety of social media platforms to advertise positions, attract candidates and build a strong network
  • Adapting a headhunting approach to ensure that you reach those passive candidates
  • Building strong candidate sourcing skills using job board and websites to find suitable applicants for live roles
  • Ensuring that you full prepare your candidates and ensure that you gain commitment to their interest in the role
  • Managing the entire recruitment process through taking your candidates along the interview journey and updating them on feedback
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates places

The person:

  • Whilst previous sales would be great so that you know the sales process and can demonstrate success, we will also consider applicants with experience in marketing and even customer service if you can demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviours
  • A goal-orientated approach to your work and career
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • The ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Confidence and self-motivation

A leading player within a very niche software sales arena, this is a business that has seen huge growth levels with the opening of a new office in Bournemouth. With continued plans to grow we are now looking for a dedicated internal recruitment consultant

The role:

  • This is a proactive candidate sourcing role!
  • Use a variety of tools at your finger tips to ensure that there is a continued talent pool available – using Linkedin, job boards, advertising, networking and referrals
  • Sourcing the very best sales executives keen to work for a leading company
  • This is a full 180 role from sourcing candidates to managing the offer stage and arranging for relevant paperwork to be sent, chasing references etc
  • Maintain up to date records on the internal recruitment database systems
  • Adding value to a highly successful recruitment team through undertaking project work, social media campaigns, managing the referral system
  • Working towards activity and KPI targets (number of candidates interviewed, final interviews, candidates under offer)
  • Ensure that you comply with legal requirements in relation to hiring of new employees, checking relevant right to work etc
  • Keep abreast of the local market and also competitors in the area, advising senior management on industry news and trends

The person:

  • Ideally you will be a full 360 recruiter looking for an opportunity to step away from cold calling
  • This is not an HR role and you will still be working in a very fast paced target driven environment, working hard to achieve various KPIs
  • An individual with a proactive approach to candidate management, who thinks outside of the box
  • Happy to work in a highly energised team of recruiters and to work closely with sales directors and managers to understand internal requirements
  • You must be keen to continue to work towards financial goals as this is a commission rewarding role
  • High energy with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a stand alone capacity, reporting in a manager based in another location
