The role:

Healthcare recruitment, placing qualified nurses and other medical staff across the Nursing Home sector.  A very busy desk, with one person leading this area, who you will report into and learn from.  A super opportunity for someone looking to move into this sector and recruitment for the first time or someone who has experience and would like a change!  You will work LIVE roles from day one and be asked to be innovative in your search for those hard to find candidates.  All relevant tools to support and help your candidate attractions methods and success.

The person required:

A budding recruiter looking for their first break into the industry or an experienced recruiter looking for a change. Must be enthusiastic, hard working, passionate about your career with a drive to succeed.  Money motivated with a class of accuracy and relationship building skills will go a long way in this role.

One of our longest standing clients operate within the permanent healthcare market servicing UK clients is now looking to launch a brand new international recruitment service to existing and brand new clients

The role:

  • Working closely with the managing director to plan out a route to the international market, utilising both existing and also opening up doors for new clients
  • Develop an international recruitment strategy to map out key areas where talent exists
  • Build up a network of candidates overseas ensuring all legal and compliance regulations are set and adhered to
  • Working towards building a team of international recruitment consultants working closely with the UK team

The person:

  • In order to be considered for this role it is vital that you have current or recent experience of overseas recruitment with an understanding of the legalities involved
  • Ideally with a healthcare, social care or nursing recruitment background but other market sectors will be considered so long as you understand and operate a permanent recruitment service
  • A strong track record in new business development and candidate attraction
  • Ideally with team leader experience with a background in growing and developing more junior recruiters

An outstanding healthcare recruitment business, with an ambitious growth plan for 2018 after a record breaking 2017.  My client represents qualified healthcare professionals across the UK, supporting clients with their permanent recruitment needs.

The role

A long standing client for People Prospect Solutions, we are proud to represent them and support their hiring needs for this year and beyond.  My client has a couple of roles right now that they need to fill, due to new accounts being won and business flying through the door.  My client will consider out of sector recruiters, with zero sector knowledge, however they would like to interview candidates who are experienced, anything from 6 months.  You would be working alongside a specialist team, supporting client development, candidate management and attraction, coupled with account management for existing relationships.

The person

You will have previous recruitment experience, which is necessary to be able to be successful in this role within reasonable time.  Sector experience isn’t necessary, all training will be given to learn healthcare recruitment.  You will have a secure job history, we are not looking to hire candidates who have had volumes of roles.  It is essential to be able to discuss your previous successes and what you are able to bring to the business that will benefit them and you!
