The role:

  • To work as part of a senior executive interim team, providing an elite, well oiled service, specifically focusing on the interim management markets.
  • Working the very carefully put together vetting process for all interim candidates who are represented to clients.
  • Continue to add to a very large global database, that already boasts over 150,000 candidates.
  • To look for experienced senior interim executive or board level equivalent to plug an urgent gap, support a change program or strengthen a project team for clients.

The person:

  • Have prior interim recruitment experience, be able to demonstrate job stability and billings.
  • Be able to offer strategic capability with an independent eye.
  • Experience supporting clients to to fast-track a critical project.

Set up by two highly experienced and award winning recruiters who had a dream to create something different to rival the corporate environments. And they have managed to do just that!

The role:

  • From the outset you will work closely with one of the owners of the business to ensure that your business development focus is strategic
  • You will start by focusing on candidates to ensure that you learn your industry and market sector and can build up a talent pool of candidates to take to market
  • You will recruit for premium brands in the technology sector and will benefit from a combined 20 plus years knowledge in the market
  • A remit to build your own desk of clients and to become a true subject matter expert
  • An emphasis will be placed on face to face meetings initially with the support of a director
  • Ensuring that candidates are treated with the utmost respect and are either met face to face or indepth skype calls are conducted

The person:

  • Whilst a degree would be welcomed, a strong education background is a must with good grades at GCSE /A -Level
  • You will need to live a reasonable commuting distance from Winchester
  • We are looking for a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience ideally in a professional services market sector such as IT, accountancy, HR, procurement but other sectors will be considered
  • An individual who thinks outside of the box and has ideas to be shared

We are now looking for an IT /Technology contract recruiter looking to take a step up in to the executive interim market

The role:

  • To begin with you will work to develop your own understanding of the interim opportunities that exist within IT and Technology
  • Seek out and network with senior interim executives within the industry
  • Develop key relationships with clients demonstrating how you can transform their business with interim solutions
  • Support your Associate Director in building on the foundations of what will be a £2 million plus business unit
  • Utilise a world class cloud based CRM system
  • Attend client pitches learning from a highly experienced interim director
  • Work on senior level interim roles ranging from £600-1500 per day
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the interim business
  • Acting as the lead consultant and owning the delivery excellence always seeking to exceed customer expectations
  • Work with clients to develop hiring strategies
  • Billing revenue that delivers a positive profit contribution to the group

The person:

  • You will possess 3-5 years recruitment experience ideally within professional services contract recruitment
  • Degree educated is preferable but evidence of on-going self-development will also be considered
  • Exposure to dealing with senior level hires would be advantageous but not essential
  • Evidence of being in the top quartile for performance within your peer group will be sought
  • A track record of innovative ideas and evidence of breaking the mould when it comes to recruiting
  • Professional and presentable with outstanding communication skills
  • An individual looking for something different and not looking to move like for like

Set up over 7 years ago, our client is a specialist within the procurement and supply chain market sector offering both permanent and interim recruitment solutions. They have grown to a current team size of 7 and are now looking to add a further two consultants to further enhance the team.

The role:

  • This is a full 360 role where you will have the opportunity to work on both permanent and also interim roles but with an 80% focus on permanent recruitment
  • Developing relationships with clients in the services sector such as financial services and banking, media, telecommunications, technology and other professional services
  • Working on roles with salary levels between the £40-90k level with average placements fees in the region of £8-10k
  • Interim roles charged at between 15 and 20% margins and pay rates of between £400-800 per day
  • Attending face to face client meetings to build and then further cement relationships
  • Conducting in-depth face to face, skype or telephone interviews with candidates to ascertain career development requirements

The person:

  • To apply for this role we ideally need an individual with at least 12 months recruitment experience, someone who has got to grips with the basics and has undergone initial training
  • A strong focus and desire to continue to business develop is essential, this is not a key account management role
  • We are looking for someone who is perhaps tired of working in a large corporate business and now wants to join an independently owned business where creativity is encouraged and ideas are actually listened to
  • Ideally you will live within a commutable distance to Winchester
  • We are looking for an individual who has integrity at their core
