In light of this incredible WIN, our client has asked People Prospect Solutions to to recruit a large number of staff to support this account and deliver on their requirements.
If you have previous recruitment experience and perhaps would like to focus on developing one account, this could be a perfect opportunity for you.
If you don’t have any experience in recruitment but have skills that could transfer, ideally from a customer service or B2B sales background – this would be a superb opportunity for you to bring your skill set into recruitment and enjoy lots of success and financial reward.
Client communication to discuss hiring needs
Scoping roles and advertising on all relevant platforms
Using Linked IN to headhunt and approach candidates
Screening and registering candidates
Sending CV’s to the client hiring manager to review
Constant communication with the client to ensure smooth running of interviews and candidate satisfaction
Taking feedback from the client and candidate and sharing appropriate information
Securing offers and negotiating where necessary and ensuring start dates.
There is also a requirement to react to potential new opportunities you may hear about within this account, via client networking and visits.
