Our client provide a finance solution to recruitment companies across the UK. They provide a highly automated, web-based process to control all back-office functions – online time sheets, invoicing, contractor payroll, credit control and compliance. Their technology is perfectly complemented by the day-to-day support that is provided by their team who have expertise in all aspects of recruitment support services.
Their target customers are SME recruitment companies. Typically, dynamic businesses which are fast growing, operate in specialist markets and are keen to adopt market leading technology and processes.
The Sales Manager role will be an extension of their established brand and social media presence.
As well as dealing with warm, inbound leads, you will control their sales targeting strategy and identify companies that will benefit the most from their services. They have invested dynamic monitoring tools to help identify and prioritise suitable prospects.
When new leads are identified there will be a degree of proactive, ‘cold-call’ sales.
My clients objective is to form long term partnerships with their clients, so it is necessary for the Sales Manager to form professional relationships with prospective customers. You will form a detailed understanding of a prospect’s current software, processes, visions & values. This should enable you to tailor a bespoke finance solution that will help drive efficiencies and add value to the recruiters’ clients & contractors.
You will be responsible for demonstrating their technology in virtual and face to face environments.
You will have freedom to negotiate agreements with clients and will introduce new customers through to their on-boarding and account management teams.
Their sales & marketing process is managed in HubSpot
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional. It will be particularly beneficial to have worked in contract recruitment or sold technology or finance to the recruitment industry. A detailed understanding of how the recruitment industry works will be particularly valuable.
You will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate a successful track-record or results. You will also be able to show expertise at prioritising opportunities and show that you can effectively manage a pipeline of sales activity.
A key USP is their technology, so it is important that you have a keen interest and understanding recruitment software products.
It is essential that you are well organised and embrace use of our CRM to manage their prospects and nurture long term opportunities.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package we offer flexible working hours, flexible home/ office working and up to 30 days holiday. They will shortly be introducing a share option scheme
