The majority of clients are private equity houses, charities, not for profit and average salary levels circa £150k

The role:

  • Working in a small team lead by one of the owners of the business, you will seek out opportunities to provide retained search solutions
  • Undertaking all aspects of the full search process from candidate and client mapping, headhunting, short listing and being involved in face to face interviewing.
  • All clients will be met in person and a detailed brief taken and all candidates considered will also be met and profiled using a well respected psychometric assessment

The person:

  • The selling point of our client is existing expertise and knowledge within the healthcare and social care and related markets. Therefore you must have exposure to recruiting for this industry.
  • You could be a senior contingency recruiter looking for an opportunity to step up in to the executive search market space and for this my client will provide full training
  • Ideally you will be an executive search already with knowledge of the 3rd sector
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills will be required coupled with a mature outlook and the ability to liaise at a senior level

The role:

  • To begin with you will work to develop your own understanding of the interim opportunities that exist within IT and Technology
  • Seek out and network with senior interim executives within the industry
  • Develop key relationships with clients demonstrating how you can transform their business with interim solutions
  • Support your Associate Director in building on the foundations of what will be a £2 million plus business unit
  • Utilise a world class cloud based CRM system
  • Attend client pitches learning from a highly experienced interim director
  • Work on senior level interim roles ranging from £600-1500 per day
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the interim business

The person:

  • You will possess 3-5 years recruitment experience ideally within professional services contract recruitment
  • Degree educated is preferable but evidence of on-going self-development will also be considered
  • Exposure to dealing with senior level hires would be advantageous but not essential
  • Evidence of being in the top quartile for performance within your peer group will be sought
  • A track record of innovative ideas and evidence of breaking the mould when it comes to recruiting
  • Professional and presentable with outstanding communication skills

The role:

  • Initially your focus will be candidate sourcing and generation, working alongside  a senior consultant to learn the art of headhunting
  • Whilst conducting your candidate approach calls you will build up rapport and look to identify company leads for your senior consultant to then approach to procure new business
  • Research, identify and qualify candidates as you will be managing recruitment projects from inception through to completion
