The role:

  • From day one you will be able to work on any live role within the business as ownership falls with candidates as opposed to clients
  • Undertaking both account management and also business development activity through contacting any old or lapsed clients to re-introduce the company services
  • Constantly looking at cross-selling opportunities to support the temporary recruitment team
  • Conducting service level reviews and reviewing existing terms of business to ensure that they are in line with company expectations
  • Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Undertaking a proactive candidate search for each new assignment taken on – utilising linkedin and headhunting methods and sharing best practice with other recruiters in the business

The person:

  • Ideally you will have recruitment experience but we will also be able to consider applications from those individuals with a strong sales and new business development background who may be looking for a break in to recruitment
  • Strong sales coupled with account management skills – and a customer is always right mentality

We have an opportunity to take on a warm desk focusing on placing temporary new home sales negotiators. The desk is currently being managed by a senior manager and it has now reached a point where it can be handed over and managed by an experienced temps or contract recruiter ideally.

The role:

  • Working on a warm desk with existing clients and open requirements
  • This role is very fast paced, working with housing developers from small independents to large house builders such as Barratts
  • Visiting new build sites to get an understanding of the requirements and then seeking out and talking to experienced new home sales negotiators who are looking purely for temporary work – from a few weeks to often up to one year depending upon the size of the site
  • You will continue to develop upon existing business working very closely with a highly successful and experienced recruiter on the permanent side, often attending client meetings together to pitch a full recruitment service
  • Utilising lots of your candidate attraction skills and not just job boards, but networking, asking for referrals etc

The person:

  • For this role we are ideally looking for an experienced recruiter, ideally from a temp background. Perhaps you have been working in a fast paced industrial or commercial role and would like to step away in to something a little more niche
  • A car driver is essential as this role is all about building relationships and so there will be a need to travel
  • You need to be highly organised to run a fast paced temps desk with a keen eye for detail and not someone who avoids administration tasks!

The role:

  • This is a full 360 role where you will have the opportunity to work on both permanent and also interim roles but with an 80% focus on permanent recruitment
  • Developing relationships with clients in the services sector such as financial services and banking, media, telecommunications, technology and other professional services
  • Working on roles with salary levels between the £40-90k level with average placements fees in the region of £8-10k
  • Interim roles charged at between 15 and 20% margins and pay rates of between £400-800 per day
  • Attending face to face client meetings to build and then further cement relationships
  • Conducting in-depth face to face, skype or telephone interviews with candidates to ascertain career development requirements

The person:

  • To apply for this role we ideally need an individual with at least 12 months recruitment experience, someone who has got to grips with the basics and has undergone initial training
