You will work on live roles from day one – you will have support from an very senior, experience Accountancy and Finance recruiter.

You don’t need previous sector or recruitment experience, just a passion for people and an interest in developing a career in recruitment.

£25-30,000 plus bonus scheme

They are Europe’s largest specialist recruiter within Procurement, Supply Chain, Risk, Sustainability and Finance. Covering a full breadth of roles up to C-Suite executives, many of the world’s largest brands choose to partner with my client.

Must have minimum 12 months recruitment experience to be considered for this role

Role skills

  • Ability to sell client USPs and value proposition
  • Demonstrate ability to execute competency interview as part of short-listing
  • Demonstrate knowledge of market trends across Procurement and Recruitment and be able to articulate this to candidates
  • Have demonstrated that 100% of all job vacancies are advertised on all available sources
  • Ability to run complex search strings in order to find 3rd layer of talent across all mediums and know what a ‘good’ candidate is.
  • Must be an expert in controlling, managing and closing candidates through the entire interview to offer process

  • Good written communications including marketing emails to candidates

Targets

  • Building and updating the candidate database (25 registrations per week)
  • Job leads (10 per week)
  • CVsshortlisted24hr (10 CVs sent per week)

Earnings

Placement Fee of up to £11,999 = 1 placement and £250 bonus

Placement Fee of £12,000 + = 2 placements and £500 bonus

Leads Passed to Consultants

£250 bonus payable if the lead results in a job taken on by the consultant and a placement

The company:

Our client are an APSCo Accredited Recruitment Agency supplying contract and permanent Information Technology experts.

They have been doing this for over 20 years and alongside their Recruiters, Account Managers and Search Experts are Certified Networking, Cyber Security and Engineering Specialists.

You would be joining a Technical Recruitment Agency which is run by technical experts and see the difference in the Recruitment process

The role:

You will work alongside a team of experienced consultants within your specialism whilst learning about the resourcing side of recruitment. If you wanted to progress to a full 360 role then full training would be offered.

Key responsibilities:

  • To develop your own pool of high calibre candidate (both permanent and contract), whilst populating the in-house recruitment database.
  • Lead generation and gathering market intelligence
  • Arrange and attend Candidate meetings to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • To add value by screening and interviewing candidates to provide short lists for clients specific vacancies.
  • To support the interview process providing appropriate feedback and guidance between all parties.
  • To manage candidates and clients expectations and through the entire hiring process to satisfactory conclusion.
  • To ensure that appropriate administration (both manual and system) is completed and to provide accurate records.
  • Administration of internal systems and files to maintain accurate records.
  • Arranging interviews between candidates and clients for job opportunities.
  • To meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
  • To attend annual performance reviews training, client and candidate meetings as requested.
  • To professionally represent the company and all of its services at all times.
  • Manage a book of contractors.
