My client are embracing their 5 year anniversary and have lots to celebrate.  With a keen focus on Super Yacht sector, they have carved a formidable relationship with both clients and candidates in this very high profile sector.  A natural path to their next venture with a huge number of already forged relationships and contacts to help support the launch of Household recruitment.  

The role

A brand new sector being introduced to the business after some careful research and due diligence.  This sector will be to provide household staff to clients who own  Super Yachts and already have a relationship with my client.  You will be responsible for supporting a household with a variety of staff from butlers to estate managers, from cooks to cleaners to maternity nurses.  This really is an opportunity to work alongside some most interesting clients who will requiring the highest quality service and integrity to this relationship.  You will have a clear passion for people, recruitment and relationship management.  Travel to London will be essential, probably on a weekly basis, with the occasional International travel too.  This is a NEW desk and therefore requires someone who can open doors and challenge the competition.  There are offers of help in the business to help support the introduction to already live clients who may have a need in this new sector.  However, you will also be tasked with considering new lines of business within this professional services sector.

The person

Recruitment experience is essential for this role.  You should be able to demonstrate your job stability both on your cv and in person at interview.  We are looking for someone who can demonstrate winning business and strong candidate attraction skills, alongside being able to managing relationships and improving spend!

It is essential this person drives and has their own transport.

Two years ago, my client had a booming oil and gas division with consultants billing over £150k per year. Unfortunately, the oil and gas market worldwide took a dramatic drop and as a result many recruiters exited the industry. As a result, our client is now seeing a steady stream of vacancies and therefore would like to capitalise upon this market trend and rebuild an oil and gas division.

  • Building professional relationships with existing clients
  • Expanding the current client base through intelligent recruiting and not phone bashing
  • Attracting candidates utilising a variety of methods including using social media to head hunt, advertising and networking, building your own reputation
  • Managing the interview/selection processes for client and candidate from initial screen to candidate placement
  • Negotiating salaries and terms and conditions within specified guidelines
  • Researching the market place and industry
  • Attending industry specific conferences and exhibitions
  • Above all else, truly immersing yourself in your market keeping up to date with industry news and changes

The person:

  • Ideally you will be degree educated but this is not essential
  • We are specifically looking for recruitment experience within the technical or engineering market, or someone who has a genuine interest in the oil and gas market
  • You will be someone who thrives on achieving targets and working towards company and personal goals

The role:

  • A full 360 recruiter position, specialising within the Practice sector, supporting a wide South Coast geographical patch, alongside a small team of experienced Practice recruiters.

The role:

  • Initially you will be given some warm roles to recruit for to get yourself started and for these fills you could earn up to 30% commission
  • Carving out your own market within the engineering technology market but adopting a full service mentality where you will build credibility and trust with the client to take on a variety of roles whether that be procurement, HR, IT, engineering, sales etc (last year this made up a chunk of the overall revenue)
  • Managing your own desk, your own diary as if it were your own business. This role would NOT suit someone looking for a daily hand holding
  • Working towards a £10k monthly target through the placement of permanent and /or contract candidates

The person:

  • With upwards of three years recruitment experience and a proven track record of new business development
  • Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the engineering /technology or manufacturing industry
  • A self-starter. There is NO management structure in place and therefore you must be self-motivated and able to stand on your own two feet

  • Covering the Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset and Thames Valley region, you will have warm existing clients to build relationships with

The person:
