How do you define a key client? For us it is about knowing a business inside out and being able to lay claim to having placed a number of key staff who continue to contribute to the success of the business moving forward. Our client is a specialist in the healthcare and nursing sector with a UK wide presence.

The role:

  • From day one you will manage a team of 3 recruitment consultants all of whom focus on the permanent market
  • Leading by example by conducting regular one to one meetings and continuing to run your own desk albeit with a reduced target
  • Taking responsibility for the team target overall and ensuring that consultants are equipped with the right training and support to achieve their personal goals
  • Playing a key role in the senior management team, contributing ideas and looking for new ways to improve
  • Managing recruitment within the private hospitals sector

The person:

  • We are looking for a recruiter who has already demonstrated team leading ability within a recruitment environment
  • A strong business developer who is happy to share skills and experience with a more junior team
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills who adopts a lead from the front approach to management
  • A proven track record in recruitment with a stable career history

Our client has a trading history of over 15 years and a global office network. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a strong CONTRACT recruiter looking for a team leader role where you WILL inherit a warm contract desk from day one.

The role:

  • Managing a team of 3 recruiters focusing on the white collar engineering sector
  • Managing your own contract recruitment desk where you will inherit contractors from day one and will look to build upon your existing client base
  • Leading from the front with regards to new business development
  • Mentoring and coaching your team
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for your team and the business overall

The person:

  • We are looking for a contract recruiter who understands the contract recruitment process
  • A strong team leader who can demonstrate mentoring and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally your recruitment experience will be within the white collar engineering sector
  • A proven leader who has mentoring and coaching experience and skills
