Trainee Recruiter means you will be given at the desk training from day

You will be provided with all the correct technology and appliances to support your job and most importantly you will be hired because my client believes in your story so far and wants your personality as part of the team.

You will be rewarded with a strong base salary from day one £23,000

You will earn spot bonuses throughout the year, just for being amazing and on top of that, you will earn from our clients competitive commission structure, every month.

The successful person would be given live jobs from day 1 to work on and would be assigned their own accounts there will be occasions where a volume order comes in, that roles will be split to ensure there is best delivery possible.
In terms of personality type – My client likes people that are competitive, honest, and don’t take themselves too seriously 🙂
Commission is banded and uncapped.

What you’ll be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, your main goals are to develop relationships with clients who have niche procurement staffing needs and to find and place highly skilled procurement professionals into those positions. It is a sales-driven role where you put focus on building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

When you join, our client will start you on the development pathway; their intensive training program that will give you all of the sales training and mentoring you need to be successful. You’ll cover business development, client and candidate management, contract negotiation, business to business sales and recruitment best practices enabling you to:

  • Source Candidates: Proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, referrals, and our internal database
  • Business Development: Seek out and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities
  • Recruitment process management: Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and closing to ensure the successful placement of your candidates
  • Promoting thought leadership through social media, events and articles
