£25-30,000 – OTE £45,000

Newly created role working for a NFP organisation who seek a full time internal recruiter to work on behalf of a number of different CARE sectors, providing services across the South Coast and some UK wide services too.

This role requires a well seasoned, highly successful contingency agency recruiter who is willing to transfer internally. A superb opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated, well accomplished individual who is happy to work independently but be part of a large wide community of hiring managers.

A classic internal recruiter role that requires you to work closely with the local market, specifically in the healthcare industry. Your role will include lots of local networking, using the power of social media platforms and all other routes to market to attract a hard to reach and retain candidate market force.

Your relationship internally with your hiring managers who will be based in a number of different geographical locations South Coast wide and will be an integral part of the success of this role. Your experience must include being able to demonstrate relationship building with both clients and candidates. An ideal candidate will have a background in fast paced recruitment, ideally temps, and ideally some kind of healthcare sector. However other sectors will be considered.

Candidate attraction for volumes of healthcare professional positions is the KEY part of this job and forms a main focus for your daily activity and the success of the role. Being able to be creative in how you attract the candidates and set yourself apart from other local CARE competitors is key. Our client has an open mind on new initiatives that could potentially support greater hiring volumes and would be looking to the internal recruiter to keep abreast of local incentives that will allows the organisation to have the upper hand.

A highly integral part of the business, your role is critical and brand new to the company. You can make it your own and still have a large chunk of money to earn on top of your basic salary.
