As a Junior or Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Engage with clients at all levels.
- Research and develop new business.
- Network, Source and select candidates for current live opportunities.
- Understand clients’ and candidates’ situations and needs.
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
- Negotiate contracts and new starter offers.
- Deal with general queries relating to customers’ needs and requirements.
You will be responsible for finding the most suitable applicant for each position. That will mean screening several potential candidates before moving forward appropriately.

Competitive basic salary – Circa £20-40k.
Generous commission structure – 25% of all billing – Uncapped.
